Finance & Admin Executive – Automobile Industry

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance & Admin Executive to support daily finance, accounting, and administrative functions within our automobile company. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and payment documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, cash/bank transactions and monthly financial closing.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accountants or finance team as needed.
• Track vehicle‑related financial records such as sales, spare parts, servicing and related expenses.
• Verify customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers and vendors.
• Manage daily office administration, maintain employee, vendor and customer records, and handle routine correspondence.
• Organise physical and electronic filing systems and support management with reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting or administration.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Good numerical, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn automobile‑industry processes and company systems.
