Finance Head

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Finance Head to steer the finance and accounting functions of our organization. The role will shape financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow management and overall financial strategy, supporting senior leadership in decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting activities.
• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations and fund requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Oversee internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Maintain banking relationships, handle fund management and financing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports on time.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Support investment planning, project finance and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred or MBA/MBS in Finance.
• 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in energy, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of NFRS, taxation and financial reporting.
