Finance Head

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead our financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and overall financial management. The role requires strong analytical abilities, leadership, and familiarity with modern financial and business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial and accounting activities.
• Develop, monitor and adjust budgets, financial plans and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and regular reports.
• Track income, expenses, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision‑making.
• Establish and enforce effective financial controls and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies, procedures and regulations.
• Utilise accounting software, spreadsheets and other digital tools for reporting.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the finance/accounting team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with modern digital tools and technology.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to provide verifiable evidence of professional experience.
