Finance, HR & Admin Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance, HR & Admin Lead to oversee the company’s financial records, human‑resource processes and day‑to‑day office operations. The role ensures compliance with Nepalese regulations while supporting the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Finance: manage accounting, billing, expenses, reconciliations, monthly reports, budgets, cash‑flow statements and financial controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and relevant authorities to ensure timely compliance.
• HR: handle recruitment coordination, employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and incentives.
• Support performance management, HR policies and employee engagement while maintaining confidentiality.
• Administration: supervise office operations, facilities, supplies, assets, vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Maintain filing systems, inventory and asset registers to ensure smooth administrative flow.
• Compliance: track Nepal’s tax, VAT, labour and payroll regulations, maintain calendars and coordinate external legal or tax advice when needed.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of relevant experience across finance, HR and administration.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, payroll and HR operations.
• Good understanding of Nepalese tax, VAT, labour and statutory requirements.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
