Finance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to kick‑start their career in finance within the real‑estate sector. The Finance Officer will support day‑to‑day financial operations and contribute to the company’s growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing financial transactions and maintain accurate records for various real‑estate projects.
• Coordinate with banks and third parties to ensure timely processing of payments and related documentation.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts to aid decision‑making.
• Monitor cash flow and help in financial planning to optimise resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with banks and partners.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
