Finance & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to lead accounting, compliance, budgeting, payroll and day‑to‑day operational processes. The role works closely with senior management to support business planning and drive financial efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts, process vouchers, perform bank reconciliations, and manage receivables/payables.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management information reports (MIS) and analyse performance.
• Handle VAT, TDS and income‑tax filings via the IRD portal and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate audits, regulator filings and liaise with tax consultants.
• Develop annual budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and monitor variances.
• Manage payroll, vendor payments, expense reimbursements and procurement contracts.
• Continuously improve financial and operational processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Semi‑qualified CA with 2+ years experience, or MBA/Master’s in Finance with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years.
• Strong experience with VAT, TDS, income‑tax and IRD compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Valid driving licence and two‑wheeler.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription businesses is a plus.
