About the role
Ryker Capital is seeking motivated and detail‑oriented Financial Analysts to support its advisers and operations team. The role focuses on managing client data, administrative processes, quality assurance, compliance, and operational workflows to deliver high‑quality financial planning services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee financial management tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines.
- Collect, organise, and maintain data while guaranteeing its integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, identify and mitigate risks related to outsourcing activities.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct audits and corrective actions on outsourced deliverables.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders and product providers to clarify requirements and support timely advice preparation.
Required profile
- Strong background in banking, finance or insurance industries.
- Excellent communication skills and a meticulous approach to work.
