Fleet Operations & Rider Onboarding Officer

About the role

The Fleet Operations & Rider Onboarding Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Pokhara. You will coordinate daily fleet activities, ensure safe and efficient rider operations, and manage the complete onboarding and off‑boarding process for scooter riders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end rider onboarding, from lead follow‑up and screening to activation.
• Conduct rider interviews, riding tests, and verify documentation.
• Maintain accurate rider and vehicle records and update the system regularly.
• Coordinate security‑deposit collection, scooter allocation, rider activation, and handover.
• Oversee rider off‑boarding, including scooter returns, damage assessment, inventory updates, and profile closure.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle rider queries, resolve basic operational concerns, and prepare regular operational reports.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership in daily fleet management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, customer service, or fleet management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.
• Strong coordination, organization, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
