Food & Beverage Hostess/Host – Guest Reservations

About the role

The Food & Beverage Hostess/Host will manage outlet reservations and walk‑in seating to maximise table utilisation while delivering exceptional guest experiences at InterContinental Pokhara Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise revenue potential by coordinating reservations, walk‑ins and managing table inventory.
• Record reservations following established standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable outlet entrance.
• Monitor guest feedback and recommend improvements or new products/services.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties to ensure smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in hospitality management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or at least 2 years in customer service.
• Fluency in Nepalese and English.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied work situations.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and industry‑related software.
