Food Server

About the role

Bagaichā is seeking enthusiastic Food Servers to join its vibrant hospitality team in Kathmandu. You will work across multiple restaurant concepts, delivering warm and professional service to guests while gaining exposure to diverse cuisines and service styles.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and present menus confidently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
• Address guest requests, preferences, and special requirements promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of dining areas.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure positive dining experiences.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and adhere to Bagaichā’s grooming and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
• Good understanding of menu items, food safety, and hygiene.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting is preferred.
• Fluent in Nepali with basic English proficiency.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
