General Maintenance Technician

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a General Maintenance Technician in Kathmandu. You will carry out highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property's facilities and equipment so that guests have a safe and functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property's facilities and equipment
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property's facilities and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Assist guests about property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Required profile

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
