About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at SV Holidays. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting our travel and tourism operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Provide information about tour packages, visa services, and travel arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients and coordinate with sales, visa, and operations teams.
  • Maintain basic client records and office documentation.
  • Assist with basic social media and administrative tasks.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

Required profile

  • Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
  • At least 12 months of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and social media platforms.
