About the role
We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at SV Holidays. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting our travel and tourism operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Handle phone calls, messages, emails, and client inquiries.
- Provide information about tour packages, visa services, and travel arrangements.
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with sales, visa, and operations teams.
- Maintain basic client records and office documentation.
- Assist with basic social media and administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
- At least 12 months of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and social media platforms.
