Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Hotel Goodwill is seeking a full‑time Front Desk Receptionist to join its front office team in Patan, Lalitpur. The role is on‑site and involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and providing courteous phone support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage all check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls using professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and any issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain an organized front‑desk area and coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, and guest‑relations teams.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for morning, evening, night shifts and weekends.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and hotel software.
• Hospitality certifications or qualifications are a plus.
