Front Office Receptionist – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Hotel Goodwill is seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting visitors, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, and handling phone inquiries while ensuring a smooth front‑desk operation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, verify reservations, and complete check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel’s front‑desk software.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Guest Relations to resolve guest requests.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling cash transactions.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, night shifts and weekends.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in professional phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and hotel front‑desk software.
