About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will manage the daily front desk operations at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and coordination with other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee check‑in and check‑out processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle reservations, room allocation, and booking system updates.
• Lead, schedule, and coach front desk team members to maintain high service standards.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate front office records and reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train staff on reception protocols, communication, and customer‑service best practices.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a hotel front office or similar hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Calm demeanor under pressure and in high‑traffic situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Competence in basic computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
