Income Auditor – Hotel Revenue

About the role

As an Income Auditor you will produce the daily revenue report and reconcile all revenues against cash banked and accounts receivable movements each day. You will also ensure that all revenues are recorded and reported daily and that control procedures are in place for the income process.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile revenues on a daily basis between the PMS and other integrated systems.
• Prepare the morning revenue report, verify accuracy and distribute it in a timely manner.
• Capture and record all invoiced and earned revenue in the PMS or accounting system each day.
• Interact professionally with department and hotel staff to promote effective two‑way communication.
• Implement the Control Self‑Assessment (CSA) rigorously and achieve a 100% score in the CSA audit for revenue and income.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Fluency in both Nepalese and English.
• Ability to handle difficult interactions and work under pressure.
• Strong grasp of reading, writing, basic mathematics and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
