Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will lead the daily front‑office operations at Park Safari Resort in Sauraha. Working on‑site full‑time, you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reception, reservations and guest‑service activities, ensuring accurate room allocations.
• Coordinate and coach front‑desk team members, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Handle escalated guest issues, monitor requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, produce daily reports and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Monitor and adjust room inventory to optimise occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality front‑office environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to solve problems courteously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, staff and management.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or property‑management software.
