Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and self‑driven Full Stack Developer to take end‑to‑end ownership of our multi‑tenant SaaS CRM and Student Information System (SIS) platforms. You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from feature development to production support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack of our CRM and SIS platforms, including leads, users, roles, reports, dashboards, and communications.
• Build robust back‑end services and REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS, incorporating modules, guards, middleware, dependency injection, and WebSockets.
• Create responsive front‑end interfaces with TypeScript and Next.js while maintaining clear API contracts.
• Design, optimise, and maintain PostgreSQL databases with Prisma, handling schema design, migrations, indexing, and query tuning for multi‑tenant workloads.
• Implement multi‑tenant routing, tenant provisioning, and safe migration workflows.
• Develop async background jobs with BullMQ and Redis for email, SMS, lead processing, and notifications.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and secure cookie/session patterns.
• Maintain third‑party integrations (email/SMS providers, S3‑compatible storage) and data import/migration flows.
• Containerise applications with Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Monitor application health with structured logging and observability tools; troubleshoot production issues across API, queues, and database layers.
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code (Jest), participate in code reviews, and apply security best practices.

Required profile

• Self‑driven professional who enjoys owning a product from concept to production.
• Minimum three years of experience developing full‑stack web applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
