Full Stack Developer (Junior - Mid Level)

About the role

Kalash Services is building a cloud‑based SaaS platform and needs two full‑stack developers to join the Kathmandu office. You will work closely with the Tech Lead to deliver core product features across the web application and backend, contributing to a fast‑moving, sprint‑based development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features from the PostgreSQL data model through the NestJS API to the React UI.
• Write unit and integration tests, fix bugs, and participate in code reviews.
• Build internal tooling such as data‑entry screens, exports, and dashboards.
• Follow engineering standards to ensure APIs are ready for future mobile consumption.

Required profile

• Solid working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and React for front‑end development.
• Experience with a Node.js backend and a SQL database (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Comfortable working in two‑week sprint cycles, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to explain code decisions clearly, even for small features.
