Full-Time Content Creator – TikTok & Instagram

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Creator who lives on TikTok, spots trends early and can turn ideas into high‑performing short‑form videos. You will own the entire content pipeline – from strategy and scripting to shooting, editing and publishing – to ensure the brand’s voice is always on‑trend and results‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish an average of three short‑form videos per day.
• Develop content strategies that align with brand goals, not just individual clips.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit videos from start to finish without external assistance.
• Write captions and scripts that reflect the brand’s tone.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor trends proactively and adapt content before they peak.
• Track performance KPIs (views, shares, follow‑conversion, completion rate) and use data to refine future content.
• Manage a daily production pipeline and meet all deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year creating short‑form video content for brands on TikTok.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑volume, high‑quality output consistently.
• Strong understanding of how TikTok and Instagram algorithms work.
• Self‑starter who can manage their own schedule without constant supervision.

Required skills

• CapCut
• Premiere Pro (or equivalent video‑editing software)

What we offer
