Full-time Dishwasher – Resort Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a reliable full‑time Dishwasher to join the kitchen team at Lo Mustang Himalayan Resort. Based on‑site in Kathmandu, you will help maintain a clean and safe environment for food service, supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash delicate items according to hygiene standards.
• Sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment after each use.
• Organise cleaned items in designated storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, taking out trash, and maintaining tidy workstations.
• Support food‑preparation tasks as directed by chefs and kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchen is an advantage.

Required skills

• Safe operation of dishwashing equipment and machines.
• Basic food‑preparation and cooking support skills.
