Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage restaurant partner accounts, strengthen business relationships, and identify growth opportunities. The role involves regular communication, account management, business development, field visits, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, requirements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor restaurant account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support partners with promotional campaigns and platform‑related requirements.
• Ensure restaurant information and operational details remain accurate and updated.
• Identify and onboard potential restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams to resolve partner issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities effectively.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Personal vehicle and valid driving license for regular field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
