Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Functional Consultant to support ERP and business software implementations. The role involves gathering client requirements, configuring solutions, testing, and delivering training to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes in accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management, and HRMS and translate them into functional software requirements.
• Configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing, system testing, and client demonstrations.
• Prepare functional documentation such as requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Provide post‑implementation support, data migration validation, and assist clients in using the system effectively.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and manage multiple client projects, including on‑site visits for implementation and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, payroll, taxation, loan management or HRMS processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and travel to client locations.
• Fluency in Nepali and English; Hindi is a plus.
