Head of Operations – Indoor Trampoline Park

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead the day‑to‑day management of Jump Indoor Trampoline Park, ensuring safe, clean and enjoyable experiences for guests while driving profitability. This senior position reports directly to senior management and shapes operational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations, staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, health standards and risk‑management procedures.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and activity areas in safe, clean condition.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team, providing performance feedback and training.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs and optimise resource use.
• Track KPIs such as attendance, revenue, customer feedback and use data to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external partners for maintenance and services.
• Support marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities to boost attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment or leisure facilities.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage high‑traffic environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using operational data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
