HR Recruiter – Outsourcing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter specialized in outsourcing to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume, blue‑collar and sales positions. The role focuses on sourcing talent for Internet Service Providers and telecommunications clients, ensuring rapid placement and seamless client‑candidate alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for outsourced roles such as field technicians, customer support, sales, and network engineers using job boards, social media, databases and local networks.
• Drive high‑volume hiring for blue‑collar staff and sales representatives, meeting tight turnaround times.
• Oversee out‑of‑valley recruitment, including remote data collection, candidate sourcing and timely replacements.
• Serve as primary liaison between client organizations and internal branches, handling recruitment queries and staffing concerns.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/in‑person interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Travel to candidate locations or client sites for recruitment drives, document verification and field interviews.
• Maintain and update structured candidate databases for immediate deployment.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, offer letters and deployment to client projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in outsourcing or contract recruitment, preferably within ISP or telecom environments.
• Valid driving license and personal two‑wheeler or vehicle for field visits.
