Remote HR Manager

About the role

Speakervideos, a video marketing agency for speakers and thought leaders, is looking for a Remote HR Manager to lead and support its fully remote team. You will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing a diverse group of project managers, video editors, and other creative talent.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, recruit, and onboard Project Managers, Video Editors, and additional roles.
• Track team performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Maintain payroll processing and HR records accurately.
• Organize remote team engagement activities and events.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations, including policy administration and compliance.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR guidance as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably with remote teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of solving problems independently.
• Experience working in an agency environment and familiarity with video editing, social media management, or creative workflows is a plus.
