Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services across the organization. You will be involved in recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, and various administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer letter preparation for all levels.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, HRMS enrollment, workstation allocation, and induction.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and keep HRMS data up to date.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, culture‑building events, and monthly programs.
• Organise townhall presentations, logistics, and other HR events.
• Manage medical insurance enrollment, policy documentation, and claim settlements.
• Review attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate data for payroll.
• Oversee CUG SIM requirements, vendor coordination, and payment processing.
• Handle office stationery procurement, inventory, and distribution.
• Prepare, issue, and replace employee ID and visiting cards.
• Provide general HR and administrative support as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, administration, or employee engagement.
• Experience with onboarding, HRMS, attendance management, and documentation is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using HRMS applications.
