Hub Incharge – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Hub Incharge will lead daily operations at our logistics hub in Mahendra Nagar, ensuring efficient package handling, delivery coordination, and cash reconciliation. This role combines supervision of staff, process optimisation, and close interaction with central and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day hub activities, enforce SOPs, and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage package receipt, verification, sorting, scanning, labeling, and dispatch, including coordination with transportation partners.
• Recruit, onboard, train and schedule delivery personnel, monitor their performance and address operational issues.
• Reconcile cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections, verify amounts against records, and ensure timely hand‑over to accounts.
• Prepare regular performance reports, track key metrics such as on‑time delivery, productivity, and COD reconciliation, and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with multiple teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Hermes system for order creation.
• Experience using 3PL platforms for shipment processing.
