Hub Incharge – Operations Manager for Kohalpur Hub

About the role

The Hub In‑charge will lead daily operations at the Kohalpur Hub, ensuring smooth inventory flow, warehouse efficiency and timely logistics coordination. The role bridges the central team, regional partners and on‑ground staff to meet both customer and merchant expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all hub activities, maintaining workflow standards and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to optimise operational procedures.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering on‑time delivery, efficiency and other key metrics.
• Recruit, train and onboard delivery personnel, reinforcing company policies and safety guidelines.
• Handle driver concerns, disciplinary matters and provide timely updates to management.
• Manage cash reconciliation, collect payments and returned products from delivery agents, and submit cash to accounts.
• Create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems, print stickers and assign pick‑up agents.
• Receive incoming packages, verify details and hand over products to transportation partners.
• Conduct market research, approach potential merchants and negotiate partnership contracts.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
• Experience in logistics coordination and reporting.
