Hub In-Charge – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Hub In‑Charge will lead the daily operations of the Kohalpur hub for Pathao Nepal, overseeing inbound and outbound parcel flows, managing delivery staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day hub activities, maintaining efficient workflow and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to optimise processes and improve on‑time delivery.
• Recruit, train and onboard delivery personnel, handling concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering metrics such as delivery timeliness and hub efficiency.
• Manage cash reconciliation, product returns and update delivery sheets for accounting.
• Create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems, print stickers and assign pick‑up agents.
• Receive incoming packages, verify information and hand over products to transportation partners.
• Conduct market research, acquire new merchants and maintain long‑term merchant relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms with merchants and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management (in progress or completed).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management, cash handling, logistics coordination and reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
