Hub Assistant – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Hub Assistant will oversee daily operations at our logistics hub in Mahendra Nagar and Kohalpur, ensuring smooth package handling, delivery coordination, and compliance with company SOPs. This position is pivotal for maintaining efficient workflow and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day hub activities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Receive, verify, sort, scan, and dispatch incoming packages; create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems.
• Coordinate handover of shipments to transportation partners, including Buddha Air.
• Recruit, onboard, and train delivery personnel; assign pickup agents and monitor their performance.
• Manage fleet operations, track productivity, and report operational challenges.
• Reconcile cash and COD collections, verify records, and submit to accounts.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering on‑time delivery, productivity, COD reconciliation, and other key metrics.
• Conduct market research to acquire new merchants and nurture existing relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and handle multiple operational tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hermes system.
• Experience using 3PL platforms.
