Internal Controls & Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Internal Controls & Systems Analyst to strengthen financial controls, improve business processes, and support ERP enhancements across three companies in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps and risks in financial processes, design controls, and monitor compliance.
• Develop and document finance policies, SOPs, and workflow procedures.
• Translate approved controls into system requirements for ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Odoo, SAP, or Tally.
• Evaluate and coordinate system enhancement requests, conduct UAT, and ensure proper implementation.
• Monitor control effectiveness, maintain audit trails, and ensure segregation of duties.
• Consolidate financial data from three entities, analyse inconsistencies, and support group‑level reporting.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting, and risk management.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system controls.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical skills.
