About the role
We are looking for a motivated Interview Preparation Officer to help students get ready for university admission interviews, especially for UK institutions. You will act as a bridge between students, universities and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and professional interview process.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interview slots for prospective students targeting UK universities.
- Conduct interview sessions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Review student applications to assess eligibility for interviews and placement.
- Liaise with universities to communicate admission requirements, deadlines and updates.
- Provide timely follow‑up after interviews to gather feedback and address candidate queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews, candidate details and university criteria.
- Support recruitment events and promote our services to attract new students.
- Stay informed on immigration and education policies to give correct guidance.
