Inventory & Procurement Officer

About the role

The Inventory & Procurement Officer will support daily procurement and inventory activities across multiple hospitality branches. You will ensure that required materials are available on time, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collect purchase requirements from each branch and coordinate timely procurement of items.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and confirm product availability and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, requests and related documentation.
• Receive and verify goods against orders, invoices and delivery notes for quantity and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, returned and on hand.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular physical counts and trigger re‑orders as needed.
• Visit branches to verify stock, support procurement needs and manage inter‑branch transfers.
• File and organize all procurement and inventory documents properly.
• Report damaged, expired or slow‑moving stock and coordinate with finance for invoice processing.
• Prepare periodic procurement and inventory reports using Excel or company systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, inventory or store management (preferred).
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel frequently between branches.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
