Junior Accountant – Invoicing & Billing

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support the day‑to‑day accounting operations of our organization. The role focuses on invoicing, payment verification, billing, petty‑cash handling and inventory recording, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify payments and supporting documents to ensure compliance.
• Manage billing activities and maintain customer billing records.
• Record and reconcile petty‑cash transactions.
• Enter and maintain inventory records in the accounting system.
• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and related financial documentation.
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Support month‑end and year‑end accounting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (currently pursuing or completed) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, billing, invoicing or related finance functions.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience with invoicing, billing and payment verification processes.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
