About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Automobile Engineer to join our service team. The role involves coordinating with customers and technicians, monitoring repair progress, and ensuring vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with customers and technicians regarding vehicle service progress and repair updates.
Conduct final inspections of vehicles after repairs or servicing.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance work comply with company quality standards.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.
Address customer concerns and provide timely service updates.
Support the service team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service, workshop operations, or a related field.
Good knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
