Junior Software Implementation Officer – HRMS

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Software Implementation Officer – HRMS to support the implementation of our HRMS software, assist clients with system configuration, provide user training, and ensure smooth software adoption through ongoing client support.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure HRMS modules such as attendance, leave, payroll, and employee management according to client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their HR processes and ensure appropriate system configuration.
• Assist with employee data migration, system testing, and client onboarding.
• Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for clients and end users.
• Provide ongoing client support, address system‑related queries, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Work with the technical team to report bugs, resolve issues, and communicate updates to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely issue resolution, user satisfaction, and effective software adoption.
• Maintain implementation records, client feedback, and support documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in software implementation (preferably HRMS) or software support.
• Familiarity with HRMS or similar business software.
• Strong communication, client‑handling, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Nepal's labor laws, payroll practices, and SSF provisions is an advantage.
