Key Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for two proactive Key Accounts Executives to guide enterprise clients through implementation, training, and long‑term success with our AI‑powered business solutions. The role bridges onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers extract maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client implementation and onboarding, analyzing business processes and recommending optimized workflows.
• Configure workspaces, migrate existing processes, and support system adoption.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and conduct user training for individuals and teams.
• Design and facilitate corporate workshops, webinars, and learning resources.
• Serve as the primary post‑onboarding contact, monitoring adoption, engagement, and account health.
• Identify upsell opportunities, gather feedback, and collaborate with sales and leadership.
• Maintain implementation schedules, records, and reporting on progress and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Software Implementation, SaaS Support, IT Project Management, or Corporate Training.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise clients and technology‑focused products.
• Strong presentation, training, and technical problem‑solving capabilities.
• High ownership, accountability, and a consultative mindset.
