Legal Counsel – Regional Support (up to 3 countries)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to provide legal support for our operations across up to three countries in the region. You will advise on a broad spectrum of legal matters, ensuring compliance while delivering business‑oriented solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for operations in up to three countries.
• Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, marketing/advertising, and digital law matters.
• Review contracts and policies and assist in claims resolution.
• Monitor upcoming regulations and prepare legal analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
• Support marketing and media campaigns with legal review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on regional and global projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an in‑house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies.
• Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law.
• Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (C1‑C2) and local language.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
