Marketing Associate (Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will become the digital voice of our handmade rug brand. You will capture the stories behind our products and people, and share them across social platforms to engage a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Create authentic, fun content that showcases our carpets, artisans and inclusion initiatives.
• Plan and execute high‑converting campaigns to attract customers and partners.
• Design promotional reels, blog posts, and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
• Use analytics to monitor performance and improve engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for our inclusive workplace and craftsmanship values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; curiosity valued over major.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media or marketing (internships count).
• Creative storytelling ability with strong writing skills.
• Independent worker who asks good questions and collaborates with care.
• Passion for inclusion, diversity and social change.
• Comfortable with graphic design and content creation.
