Marketing Head

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Head to own and drive our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and boost customer engagement and business growth. The role involves shaping strategy across digital and offline channels while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and other relevant channels.
• Create innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage social media presence, content planning, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports on campaign results.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative teams, and external partners for campaign execution.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Stay updated with market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing practices.
• Take ownership of marketing initiatives and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
