Marketing Manager - Healthcare and Medical Technology

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Healthcare and Medical Technology will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing, business development, and sales support initiatives for a portfolio that includes medical equipment, ophthalmic instruments, diagnostic solutions, hospital consumables and healthcare technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing, sales and business‑development plans to achieve sustainable revenue growth and increase market share across healthcare segments.
• Identify, evaluate and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, eye‑care centres, diagnostic labs, clinics, government agencies, NGOs and corporate healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, clinicians and other key decision‑makers.
• Develop product positioning, branding, pricing and go‑to‑market strategies; plan product launches, promotional campaigns and scientific events.
• Support tender and procurement activities, monitor business performance and recommend strategic improvements to maximise profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and business development within the healthcare or medical‑technology sector.
• Strong ability to establish long‑term institutional partnerships and manage key accounts.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering growth‑oriented marketing plans.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
