Marketing Manager

About the role

BRANDHOUSE NEPAL is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning and campaign execution for its youth fashion, sport and sneaker community. Based in Kathmandu, you will shape integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with brand objectives.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital, social media and offline campaigns.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets and partnership initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce reports and optimise future activities.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (advanced education a plus).
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management and campaign planning.
• Background in fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer brands is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
