Marketing Manager – Skin Care (Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our skin‑care brand in Nepal. You will own the marketing P&L, shape brand positioning, and drive integrated campaigns that increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual marketing plan, brand calendar and A&P budget for Nepal.
• Define brand positioning, communication architecture and pricing strategy.
• Lead 360° campaigns across ATL (TV, print, OOH), BTL (in‑store, mall activations) and digital (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Brief and manage creative, media, PR and digital agencies.
• Drive influencer and KOL collaborations with dermatologists and beauty creators.
• Lead end‑to‑end new product development, including market sizing, concept, packaging, regulatory approval and launch.
• Commission and interpret consumer research to inform brand strategy.
• Partner with sales on channel activation, perfect‑store initiatives and distribution metrics.
• Build the digital marketing roadmap, manage paid media, organic content and CRM.
• Own the A&P budget, ensure ROI tracking and provide forecasts to finance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty or skin‑care.
• Strong consumer insight, creativity and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable growth.
• Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
