Marketing Officer – Lead Generation & Field Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and result‑oriented Marketing Officer to support our marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development activities. The role combines office‑based tasks with field marketing, requiring travel within and outside the Kathmandu Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into customers.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Support the Marketing Manager in day‑to‑day marketing operations.
• Organise and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional programs to increase brand awareness.
• Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across social media, print, and other channels.
• Monitor campaigns from planning to completion and evaluate effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, trends, and growth areas.
• Assist with outdoor marketing activities, client visits, and business development initiatives.
• Perform field inspections inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley as required.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, follow‑ups, field visits, and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular marketing and activity reports for management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Handle office tasks and official errands related to marketing.

Required profile

• Proactive, energetic, and result‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable with both office‑based and field marketing activities.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the Kathmandu Valley.
• At least 12 months of relevant marketing experience.
