Marketing Operations & Activation Executive

About the role

The Marketing Operations & Activation Executive will report directly to the Marketing Head and be responsible for turning marketing plans into on‑ground reality. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and delivery of BTL campaigns, events, and field activities for a leading FMCG brand.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives designed by the Marketing Head.
• Manage on‑ground activations, roadshows, exhibitions, dealer activities, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, promoters, event teams, printers, fabricators and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics, branding materials, manpower, timelines and execution requirements.
• Conduct market and site visits to ensure proper implementation of activities.
• Track planned vs. actual activities, budgets, expenses, leads, reach and outcomes.
• Maintain photographs, execution reports, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Provide regular market and competitor feedback to the Marketing Head.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in BTL, brand activation, events, field marketing or marketing operations.
• Highly execution‑oriented and hands‑on, comfortable with field work and travel.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through on‑site delivery.
