MBBS Doctor – Clinical & Ultrasound Specialist

About the role

DCWC Community Hospital is seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor with USG training to deliver comprehensive clinical care, diagnostic ultrasound, and emergency services. The role involves both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality patient management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide OPD, emergency, and inpatient medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referrals.
• Conduct patient examinations, review medical histories, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform minor surgeries and, as an MDGP, major procedures such as caesarean sections within competency.
• Prepare accurate ultrasound (USG) reports, maintain confidential patient records, and refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Explain medical procedures, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments to patients and families.
• Coordinate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and manage healthcare teams.
• Provide 24/7 emergency medical services while on duty and participate in community health camps and awareness programs.
