About the role
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Nursing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a nursing background along with Training of Trainers (TOT) certification and a passion for training and developing aspiring healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for nursing students/trainees.
- Prepare and deliver engaging training materials, lessons, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the training program.
- Assess trainees' knowledge, skills, and practical performance.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Ensure training is conducted according to required standards and guidelines.
- Promote a professional, supportive, and effective learning environment.
