Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote Gama Healthcare’s pharmaceutical brands to healthcare professionals in Kathmandu and Butwal. The role involves building relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other key stakeholders while staying informed about medical and market developments.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company’s brands to healthcare professionals and schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists and other customers.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the company’s medications and present them effectively.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Generate product demand by implementing company sales strategies.
• Prepare presentations for potential customers and monitor overall sales performance.
• Research competitor medications and analyse their market performance.
• Keep abreast of new developments in the medical field and assess their impact on business strategies.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Motivated and results‑oriented with a solid understanding of the company’s medications.
• Ability to stay updated on medical and market trends and to analyse competitor products.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
